Valley Air Conditioning was founded in 1964 by Kenneth L. Hill Sr., who successfully managed the company for many years. The business was later sold and continued as a privately owned enterprise that was successfully maintained and operated until 1995, when Mr. J. Michael Eyerly then took ownership.

Under the diligent work of Mr. Eyerly, Valley Air Conditioning has flourished and expanded from a comfortable residential sales and service company to a rapidly growing, full service business that fulfills the needs of residential homeowners as well as commercial companies.
