This year, GLB&A is proud to be celebrating 60 years of providing professional services with honesty, integrity, and a dedicated commitment to satisfaction. This is evidenced by many long term and multi-generational clients.

Jonathan D. (Jon) Holmes, P.E., serves as President / CEO at GLB&A, assuming the role in 2008 from second generation owner, Gordon L. Brown, Jr., P.E., PLS. Jon heads up a strong team of professionals embodying many years of experience and knowledge, including a surveyor who has been employed with the company for over 50 years.

GLB&A serves South Central PA, Northern MD, and the Mid-Atlantic, with professional engineering and survey personnel licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, District of Columbia, North Carolina, and New York.

Services provided by GLB&A include site design, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management, street and roadway design, Phase I environmental site assessments, construction stakeout and management, water and wastewater system design, ALTA surveys, site feasibility assessment, and sewage enforcement services. Site design and regulatory compliance work includes residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects.
