Founded in 1988, E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E2) is a minority-owned, certified Small Disadvantaged Business. E2's staff of engineers, scientists and technical specialists operate at offices and project sites throughout the United States, serving the private sector, public utilities, and clients in Federal, State, and local agencies.

E2 provides a broad range of technical services and performs both as a prime contractor and a subcontractor on short- and long-term projects.
